Chotkis.com uses PayPal for secure payment processing.
You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a purchase.

To pay with Credit Card/Debit Card, on the first page of the checkout form,
click the link for users who Don't have a PayPal account.




Shipping

Orders are sent USPS First Class for a flat shipping fee starting at $2.99.

Returns/Exchanges

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return items within 10 days following delivery, in their original condition, for an exchange or refund (minus shipping). You must email for an Authorization Code to include with your return. Refunds can take up to two weeks and are initiated upon receipt of returned items.
