Shipping Policies

We normally ship via Domestic Priority Mail for shipments within the US, or International Priority Mail for shipments to other countries .

You will be charged actual postage cost plus a modest $1.00 handling charge. For Domestic Priority Mail shipments under one pound, your S&H total is $4.60 postage plus $1 handling, for a total of $5.60.

We usually ship within 3 days of receiving your order. If the shipment will be delayed, we will let you know via e-mail.

On Priority Mail shipments, you should receive an e-mail from the USPS the evening that your package ships. If you do not receive their e-mail, we are not responsible, as their system is out of our control. We also enter the tracking information in PayPal's system, so you should be able to track your package from there.

If you need expedited shipping, at this time we only offer Express Mail, which is guaranteed by the USPS to take 1-2 days. An additional handling charge will be added to cover our time and gas for this extra service. Note that we cannot guarantee on-time delivery by the shipping company, as we have no control once the package has left our hands. If your package does not arrive on time, we will work with you to get you a refund from the USPS.

Returns & Refunds

Your new prayer beads arrive with a 30 day warranty against normal wear and tear. If something should happen, such as the cross falling off with normal use, you may send them back for repair at no charge. Extreme or abnormal situations are not covered. If your dog ate the cross, you dropped your prayer beads on the ground while getting in your car and ran over them, your child put them in the garbage disposal to see what would happen... such circumstances are covered under our Rosary Repair policy - you may return them to us for repair, but you will be charged for any additional materials needed to restore them to their original condition.

We will make absolutely no refunds for "buyer remorse". (For example, purchasing a 33-bead chotki with the intention of wearing it as a necklace, and subsequently discovering it does not fit over the head. Our prayer beads are designed for the purpose of prayer, not jewelry.) On our artisan pieces, you get the exact item pictured so there are no surprises and therefore no reason for a return. On our "standard" pieces, the photo is representative of what you will receive, and any differences will be very minor (e.g., seed beads might be slightly lighter or darker, because I might run out of them and purchase more from a different vendor).
